Living with Intention

Dr. Katheryn Saunders lives near the Olympic National Forest with her husband, Craig, and their mouse-catching cat, Poppy. She is the mother of two grown children, whose lives continue to shape her passion for helping families live with intention and faith.

Katheryn is the founder of RIPPLE; a collection of spiritual formation resources that help families cultivate meaningful conversations and shared practices rooted in the way of Jesus. She is also the author of Leaving the Land of Me; The Little Things Do Matter, a series of stories about lives changed through simple acts of kindness. Her new book, Having Spiritual Conversations with Your Kids: Simple Practices for Deepening Your Faith Together, will be released in July.

Katheryn holds a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Spiritual Formation, a master’s degree in teaching, and has over thirty years of experience working with families, leading Christian ministries, and raising resources for the poor. She currently serves as Regional Director of Philanthropy for World Vision US. In her spare time, she enjoys family, espresso, and kayaking – preferably at the same time.

“I knew that Ripple was worthwhile from the beginning, but we truly discovered how life-changing it was in the weeks that followed our first session as a family. Our children are now actively engaged with us in deeper conversations about their faith, and what they helped create as our (now) family rule of life.” – Jacob Troyer
